  3. This is a recipe I got from my brother-in-law,
  4. who got it from an Indian friend of his.
  5. It is a perfect cool drink to have with those hot
  6. Indian curries, and delicious by itself too!
  7. .IH "Serves 2"
  8. .IG "\(12 cup" "plain yoghurt" "100 ml"
  9. .IG "1\(34 cups" "ice cold water" "350 ml"
  10. .IG "3 Tbsp" "sugar" "40 ml"
  11. .IG "\(14 tsp" "rosewater essence" "1 ml"

  14. Mix all ingredients together
  15. .SK 2
  16. Serve cold.

  18. Rosewater essence is not something easily picked off a supermarket shelf.
  19. We get ours from the Chemist (Pharmacist); they use it to flavour
  20. their Mixtures. One bottle lasts a long time.
  21. If you like Turkish Delight, one uses it for that, too.
